Embossing plate will be quoted when artwork is submitted. Embossing plate will cost more than a hot-stamping plate. Plate Charges: $50.00 up to 8 sq inches $75.00 up to 16 sq inches $100.00 up to 27 sq inches NOTE: Larger sized impressions and plates are charged accordingly. Plates for inactive accounts will be retained for 4 years; after which customers will be subject to new plate charge. Customer Proof Approval: A PDF proof of size and position will be supplied at no charge. A customer’s proof approval must be received before we order plates or schedule the order for production. Artwork Information: In order to expedite orders we prefer your artwork be provided in the following formats: • Hi- Resolution print–ready PDF. • Camera –ready artwork is acceptable on either disc or via email. • Non-vector based digital art is subject to artwork prep charges. • Graphic Design and artwork prep, if required, are charged separately at $80.00/hr ($35 minimum).
